Inspection Manager has a built in procedure to draw and manage Pipe-Racks and  Interconnecting piping .

Sleepers and pipe-bridges are positioned on the plant map and on top of them the as-built of the piping can be represented (drains, vents, stands and all other elements are provided).  Once in the database, they are ready to receive information about NDT or maintenance.

The result is unique: the software provides for the 3D rendering of piping and of pipe-bridges, with piping which changes its colour according to fluid type, their reliability status, specification or other parameters.

Starting from 3D representation it is allowed to search for valves, flanges or any other element to obtain their dimensional data,  NDT tests performance or  to simply find their location in the plant map.

For all pipe-bridges the cross-section is  automatically defined with  all the tubes crossing them or the line plan at a different selectable elevation listed; their drawing can be sent to other CAD (Autocad or other).
